On April 6, 2018 I spoke at Fordham Law School on the topic of "Rights Acquired by a Restrictied License" in relation to the Lexmark case  A copy of my presentation is available on request.       I was also a panelist in the session relating to the plausibility and written description requirement in relation to patents.
