On April 29, 2025 I spoke on “International Arbitration for Trade and Business Disputes (involving Intellectual Property)” at the Wisehub Workshop at the Law School, University of Hong Kong. I spoke about the advantages of international arbitration as opposed to conflicting national lawsuits, with an emphasis on arbitration in FRAND cases. I referred to the numerous anti-suit and anti-anti suit injunctions as a clearly inefficient compared with an arbitration settling the dispute worldwide in one forum.
